Thank you for looking at my ad. I am a single 52 year old woman who needs a room or place to rent right away. I was a live in caregiver but my client is now in a nursing home place to live. I have an amazing, polite, very intelligent 13 year old who lives w/ his Dad....he would only visit the home once or twice a week. I had knee surgery on the 22nd of April and am recovering quite well. I will be going back to work soon and I am waiting on my Disability Claim . I am able to pay rent up front for a couple months as long as Security Deposit is not very high. . I am a smoker- outdoors-- but very neat, organized and love peace and quiet. I have a wonderful personality and good sense of humor. I would like a private room and bathroom and access to washer and dryer in the home. I truly need to get into a home soon with reasonable rent.
